I Dont Trust Them, Too Many Broken Promises!!
Ive recently had numerous discussions with Rortos Customer Support and sadly Ive got to say;
I Dont Trust Them and Wont Do Business With Them Any Longer.
Theyve been promising to update their Apps for a VERY long time, yet when asked; why do you keep churning out new, more expensive Apps instead of maintaining or improving the existing Apps?
Their answer is (to put it bluntly) weve already gotten paid for the old Apps, so we need to make new Apps for new people to buy it keeps our business running.
Thats an incredibly short-sighted business plan because they have one of the most loyal fan bases Ive ever seen. I told RORTOS theyd be crazy to alienate their core group of supporters and lose them but they didnt seem worried at all.
Since nobody else has the guts to challenge Rortos to deliver; I guess Ill have to try on my own, but at least Im standing-up for whats right.
